The challenge:
An assembly component such as a pump housing is marked at the beginning of the assembly process to enable optimum process control. The markings should be legible before and after the intermediate painting process step.

The solution:
The label is applied to the component together with a transparent Paint Mask laminate. The Paint Mask laminate protects the nameplate during all washing and painting process steps. After painting, it is simply peeled off. This ensures the legibility of the markings across the entire process.
