The challenge:
The application of film-based nameplates to rough surfaces typically requires a thick adhesive coating. This increases the risk of adhesive bleeding along the edges of the label, which can significantly impair the labeling process.

The solution:
Labels with a BleedStop system prevent adhesive bleeding while ensuring reliable adhesion to rough substrates. The area covered by the thick adhesive coating is a little smaller than the size of the face material and thus prevents bleeding. The nameplates are ideally suited for subsequent TTR printing since the risk of adhesive bleeding impairing the printing process has been eliminated.
