The challenge:
Assembly component openings have to be safely sealed to prevent contamination during transportation and storage. The selected protection must not leave any residue after removal. Today, rubber or plastic plugs are frequently used for this purpose. These plugs are manually inserted into the component opening.

The solution:
Protection Films by Schreiner ProTech cover assembly component openings and surfaces, thus protecting the component from damage, dirt and contamination—both during transportation and storage as well as during the manufacturing process such as painting. The films are automatically or manually applied in a one-step process and can be easily and quickly removed again.
