The challenge:
Airbags have to be protected from damage to ensure their reliable deployment throughout the vehicle’s lifecycle. The airbag protection solution should take up as little assembly space as possible and enable cost-effective production and assembly.

The solution:
Airbag Covers made from special films reliably protect airbags from external influences and require minimal assembly space. Safety warnings on the covers are printed by Schreiner ProTech.
During the development project customers can rely on expert support by our airbag specialists. Based on a large selection of suitable, tested materials, complex, module-related component geometries can be created. Special material grades are even available for extremely high-dynamic loads.  Down-stream processing requirements are considered in the early stages of any product development project.
